Returns And Replacement :

We offer replacement of the products you ordered from our store within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Replacement will be made on following conditions :

If the product you ordered get delivered in a damaged condition, or you receive a product that has not been ordered by you.

​

In such circumstances, you need to write us a mail on shantiartgallery@gmail.com and return the same package with all packaging materials (bubble sheet/box/cardboard) perfectly wrapped/packed.

We will replace your items and send it back with no extra charges applied on your order.

Note: Invoice & your order number are important while replacement.
